Mandala Flow

Connect mind, body and breath as you calm your mind and move your body around your mat, arriving to a state of relaxation and inner stillness.

Join for a regular, mindful practice that allows you to deepen your connection with yourself through unique and fun mandala flows.

What is a mandala flow? Usually during yoga classes we mainly face to the front of our mat. During a mandala flow, you move all the way around your mat.

Class is suitable for all levels (some previous experience with yoga is helpful but not required). Yoga mats are provided, but of course you are welcome to bring your own if you'd like. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, drinking water or herbal tea, warm socks and a blanket, and any props such as blocks, pillows or bolsters that you would like to integrate into your practice.
